Purchasing Policy of the KSB Group

An essential part of corporate income is determined by KSB Purchasing. It is responsible for procuring all goods and services required for corporate purposes under economically reasonable conditions and with a minimum of risk.


KSB Purchasing has adopted the following policy as a basis for its activities:

  • Using the strength of the KSB Group's demand potential as leverage, we strive to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the international supply markets and to exploit all purchasing advantages. In doing so, we take our export markets into account in a manner commensurate with their importance.

  • Sensitive information on business relations with suppliers remains strictly confidential.

  • One of the pillars of our ability to deal successfully with our suppliers is the qualification of KSB's employees. Their knowledge and skills are systematically developed and maintained at a high level.

  • Objectivity and incorruptibility form the basis for the activities of KSB Purchasing.
